Part hands-on, part demonstration, this is a deep dive into the process of making classic Old Viennese Strudel.
Unlike all my other workshops, this one is a classic recipe with 2 different fillings.
It is not gluten-free (spelt flour) and, unlike all my other classes, it also has sugar and dairy.
You will take the recipe and instructions home so you can keep the fun going!
This is a 2 – hour lesson, finishing with sit-down sampling, a taste to take home for your family, and plenty of time for Q&A.
