Description
Part hands-on, part demonstration, this is a deep dive into the process of making classic Old Viennese Strudel.
Unlike all my other workshops, this one is a classic recipe.
It is not gluten-free (spelt flour) and, unlike all my other classes, it also has sugar and butter. (‘Naturli’, the delicious Danish vegan butter is available if you prefer)
You will WATCH AND LEARN, THEN MAKE YOUR VERY OWN STRUDEL TO TAKE HOME AND BAKE!
You also take the recipe and instructions home so you can keep the fun going!
This is a 2 – hour lesson, finishing with sit-down sampling, and plenty of time for Q&A.
