This class is for anyone looking to gain more confidence in preparing food ahead, looking for knife skills and Chef’s tricks.
In this fun hands on workshop, we are going to cover the fundamentals of food preservation at home. From taking advantage of seasonal fruit and vegetables, reducing food waste and stoking your pantry/fridge with tasty meal prep.
We’ll make a zesty allrounder salad dressing, a spiced chutney, a garlic confit, and cashew aioli.
We cover the importance of whole grains, legumes and seeds, from activating, sprouting and cooking.
