By 7.00 the ‘class’ is over and we sit down and feast!
If you like to bring any wine, you are welcome to do so.
You will go home well nourished, with the inspiration and confidence to add another healthy recipe to replicate for your family!

I am excited to bring this communal ‘class’ back!
My new premises is perfect, as we have more space in the kitchen, as well as in the dining room.
We start at 5.30 pm, so we are ready to sit down by 7.00 pm.
You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or other drink, we found it best to not open them before we eat though.

Being a chef for 30 years I have still learnt so much from Franziska. Her passion for healthy food and her cooking skills are rare to find. I would highly recommend anyone looking for advice or just to get healthy to come to a class. I think you will be surprised by what you learn.
Loved the planted based cooking classes especially the sugar and dairy free baking class. Definitely worth checking it out.
