Regarding plant-based eating, high fibre is one of the significant benefits. Like all FoodWorx ready to heat and eat meals, these dishes and soups are made from scratch, with fresh, mostly local ingredients. GLUTEN-FREE, LOW FAT, PRESERVATIVE & ADDITIVE-FREE.
All legumes and grains are organic; vegetables from the markets, not the freezer. I feel that the importance of flavour, texture and richness, and the pleasure of eating, however low-fat and healthy, is all there!
To my surprise, I discovered, that sticking to healthy eating guidelines is actually not a constraint, but a catalyst for creativity.

Fantastic Value
I received a gift voucher for Xmas and purchased a weekly and a freezer pack. I am loving every meal and feel great. I also came back and got another freezer pack for my daughter.
